– Practical courses–

In the practice course, the teacher explained 3d design modeling printing in detail to the students. The so-called 3d modeling is to use 3d data to reconstruct 3d objects in the real world in the computer, and finally achieve the simulation of real 3d objects in the computer. 3d data is to record the physical parameters of finite surface bodies at discrete points. There are three methods commonly used in 3d modeling:

1. 3d software modeling:

Excellent modeling software, such as 3D MAX, can use basic geometric elements to build complex models through translation, stretching, rotation, Boolean operation and other operations.

2. Instrument and equipment modeling:

Three-dimensional scanner can obtain three-dimensional spatial coordinates of each sampling point on the object surface by scanning, and it does not output a two-dimensional image, but a digital model file containing three-dimensional spatial coordinates and colors of each sampling point on the object surface.

3. Model according to images or video:

IBMR technology is used in image-based modeling and rendering to restore 3d geometric structure of scenes from 2d images. Modeling becomes faster and more convenient, which can achieve high rendering speed and high sense of reality.

2. Adjust the height and printing speed before printing. The lower the height, the finer the printing; The slower the printing speed, the finer the printing accuracy, etc.

3. Wire-drawing and surface roughness will occur when the temperature before printing does not reach the temperature required by the model. The model shall not be printed until the temperature reaches the standard;
